ImageViewer

A private image viewer that never uploads your photos.

Image Viewer is a free, private photo slideshow that runs entirely in your web browser. Point it at a folder, build a library, and play a clean fullscreen slideshow — every picture stays on your computer. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is saved, and closing the tab erases it all. See it in action

The whole app runs in a browser tab — here is what you get.

Why it's genuinely private

Privacy isn't a setting here — it's how the app is built.

Your photos never leave

Images are read straight from your disk into the page's memory and shown locally. There is no server that receives them — there is nothing to upload.

Fullscreen slideshow

Adjustable timer, shuffle, arrow-key navigation and scaling options. Stop on any frame and stay fullscreen, or press Escape to exit.

Nothing left behind

Pictures live only in memory and are released the instant you clear or close the tab. A live ledger and a one-click "verify revoke" test prove it.

How it works

Three steps, zero setup.

1

Open a folder or add files

Click "Browse Folder" or "Add Files" and pick the pictures on your computer you want to view. They load instantly into the page.

2

Set timer and shuffle

Choose how many seconds each photo shows and turn shuffle on or off. Pick a scaling mode so every image stays sharp and undistorted.

3

Play the slideshow

Hit "Start Slideshow" for a clean fullscreen show. Close the tab when you're done and every picture is gone — nothing was uploaded or saved.

Which browsers does it work in?
